Standard mowing service includes mowing, string line trimming (weed eating) of all concrete edges and all flower beds. We then blow off all concrete, patios and porches to leave your home or business looking its best.

Our cleanup services can be tailored to your request. We can do complete roof down cleanups clearing all valleys & gutters, followed by a complete ground cleanup and cutting back any seasonal plants that need attention also blowing out all flower beds and clearing your entire property. We can also do partial cleanups clearing only lawn and cement areas to keep the time and cost down.

We offer a 5 application lawn fertilization program which feeds the lawn from spring thru fall helping to keep your lawns health optimal. We also offer an add on pre emergent weed control program for lawns which consists of 2 applications to prevent weeds from germinating and getting established. If you have existing weeds we use a post emergent weed killer 2 times per year as needed. The proper nutrients are applied every 4-6 weeks and are coupled with liquid weed killers when needed. Core Aeration is a recommended cultural practice. It helps to alleviate soil compaction which allows for better water absorbtion and less runoff. It also is a means of thatch management. Aerating your lawn enhances the natural breakdown process of thatch by increasing the air content in the soil. When the thatch layer in a lawn gets to thick it stops the natural decomposition process that is critical for a healthy lawn. When thatch gets to thick it becomes a breeding ground for insects which in turn vector in disease processes. We recommend Aerating your lawn at least once per growing season as a means of thatch management! When thatch gets to thick we can also maually scatch it out with power rakes however we try to be conservative with this practice as it can have an unsightly outcome depending of turf type that can last a couple months and require some reseeding. We do offer some organic alternatives which are biological dethatcher and a liquid aeration which builds on soil health over time and is an add on to our Turf Program. You can inquire if interested
